Arun Furtado from Madanthyar appointed deputy secretary (administration) to CM

Belthangady, June 08, 2023: Arun Furtado, a resident of Madanthyar, has recently been appointed as the deputy secretary (administration) to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

 

The choice was made by K V Ashoka, an under-secretary to the government (Personnel and administration reforms), who issued an official order stating that Arun Furtado, currently serving as the additional director of the social welfare department (and also the director of Dr Babu Jagajeevanram research centre in Bengaluru), will assume the position of deputy secretary (administration) to the chief minister, effective immediately. Arun Furtado has previously worked as the social welfare officer in Dakshina Kannada district.
