Ammonia leakage at sea food factory at Baikampady: 20 workers hospitalised

Mangaluru, Jan 11, 2022: As  many as 20 workers fell ill and had to be hospitalised following ammonia leakage in the Everest Sea Food Factory at Baikampady Industrial Area on January 11, Tuesday. There are a total of 80 workers in this factory.

 

 

 

The workers who fell ill have been admitted to the nearby private hospital at Mukka.

Fire tender vehicles and Panambur Police are at the spot.
