Advocate facing sexual harassment charges suspended from State Bar Council

Mangaluru, Oct 23, 2021: Advocate K S N Rajesh who is facing charges of sexually harassing two law students who were doing internship under him, has been suspended from the Karnataka State Bar Council membership.

 

Rajesh is  facing two cases  in Pandeshwar Women’s Police Station. The Committee led by Bar Council President Srinivas Babu decided to suspend  Rajesh. The Council has said that the suspension order  issued under Advocates Act’s Section 35 will be effective until further orders.

Meanwhile, there is information that an anticipatory bail plea has been filed on behalf of Rajesh in the court.
