Action against Godman sought by FIRA

Mangaluru, May 30, 2020:   Federation of Indian Rationalists’ Association (FIRA) president Prof Narendra Nayak has urged DGP&IGP to initiate action against the self-styled Godman Narendra Babu Sharma (Brahmanda Guruji) for claiming that an earthquake will take place in Kodagu.

Prof Nayak sought action against such godmen as their false predictions are an attempt to create panic and extort money from people by promising pujas to prevent the catastrophe.
