Absconding vehicle thief arrested after 4 years

Sullia, Mar 10, 2023: A man who was facing vehicle theft charges and was absconding since four years was arrested from Kannur in Kerala. The arrested man is Ashraf Rifwan of Sullia.

 

He was arrested in 2019 in a car and bike theft case and was produced before the court. But after securing bail, he had failed to appear before court despite several warrants.

The Sullia police have now succeeded in trapping him.
