Absconding cattle smuggling case accused arrested after 8 years

Belthangady, Jan 19, 2024: An accused wanted in a cattle smuggling case and was absconding since eight years has been arrested by the Dharmasthala police.

 

The arrested man is Wajid Pasha (54) of Holenarasipur in Hassan district. He was absconding ever since he was granted bail and had failed to appear for hearing.

He was arrested at Holenarasipura in Hassan.
