Aadhee & Vijaya Apartments by Land Trades’ Inaugurated

Mangalore, Jun 30, 2011: Land Trades Builders & Developers, the reputed real estate firm of the city today performed the dedication and handing over ceremony for their newly completed twin luxury apartment projects ‘Aadhee’ and ‘Vijaya’.

The two multi-storeyed buildings, which are situated facing each other at Lobo Lane, Bendore, Mangalore were completed in a record span of just 18 months, as per the promoter’s promise. “We are very proud of our achievement in having kept our promise to complete the project in 18 months,” says Srinath Hebbar, the promoter of Land Trades.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nalin Kumar Kateel, the member of the parliament of Dakshina Kannada constituency was the chief guest on the occasion and he inaugurated the new building by ceremonially lighting the lamp. Earlier in the morning, the project was blessed by Fr John Sera, Parish priest of Bendore church. In the afternoon, rituals as per Hindu customs were performed.

Aadhee and Vijaya each have five floors in addition to the ground floor and both projects feature two and three bedroom luxury apartments. Aadhee has 12 apartments with two flats per floor of 2410 SFt and 2190 Sft sizes, while Vijaya has 18 apartments with three flats per floor of of sizes 1990 Sft, 2115 Sft and 1295 Sft.

Both these projects are provided with reticulated gas connections, solar water heating, gym, community hall on terrace and excellent surrounding landscaping. The apartments also have split air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms and are provided with electrical fittings like fans and lights.

Former Mayaor Shashidar Hegde, Manmohan Malli of Abhiman Constructions, Ganesh Bangera of GB Constructions, ex-mayor Divakar were among the other dignitaries present on the occasion. Well-known anchor and journalist Manohar Prasad compeered the programme.
