AI Dubai to Mangalore express diverted to Kochi

Mangalore, June 18, 2012: The Air India (AI) Dubai to Mangalore flight, which took off at Dubai late night of Saturday was diverted to Kochi on June 17, Sunday because of unfavorable weather conditions. 

The flight, which was initially diverted to Calicut, was again diverted to Kochi because the weather condition in Calicut was also unfavorable. 

The plane landed safely in Kochi and passengers were provided accommodation. 

In case of favorable conditions, the flight was supposed to land in Mangalore on June 18, Monday at 6:30 a.m.
