897 Covid-19 cases and 1 death in DK, Udupi reports 1,018 fresh cases

Mangaluru, Jan 22, 2022: Dakshina Kannada district recorded 897 fresh Covid-19 positive cases on Friday. With this the total cases recorded in the district rose to 1,26,159.

 

794 More Covid patients discharged on Friday, taking the total number of recoveries to 1,18,543. The district has 5,900 active cases. A total of 1,716 deaths have occurred so far, including 1 on Friday.

Udupi

Udupi disrict has reported 1,018 fresh cases on Friday, with this total cases recorded in the district rose to 84,678.

The district has 5,829 active cases. As many as 281 patients were discharged on Friday. A total of 491 deaths have occured so far.
