812 New Covid-19 positive cases and Udupi reports 892 cases, 11 deaths in twin districts

Mangaluru, May 14, 2021:      812 People from Dakshina Kannada and 892 from Udupi tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday. As many as 911 patients in DK and 730 in Udupi were discharged from hospital on Thursday.

 

With this the total Covid-19 positive cases in the DK district rose to 60,355 and 12,569 cases are currently active. A total of 802 deaths have occurred till date, including 5 on Thursday.

Udupi district has reported 892 fresh cases and with this total positive cases rose to 43,628 cases with 7,108 still being treated at the designated hospitals. The district has reported 251 COVID-19 fatality so far, including 6 on Thursday.
