396 Fresh Covid-19 cases in DK and 174 in Udupi, 9 deaths in twin districts

Mangaluru, July 29, 2021: Dakshina Kannada district recorded 396 fresh Covid-19 positive cases on Thursday. With this the total cases recorded in the district rose to 99,660.

 

200 More Covid patients discharged on Thursday, taking the total number of recoveries to 95,699. The district has 2,551 active cases. A total of 1,410 deaths have occurred so far, including 8 on Thursday.

Udupi

Udupi disrict has reported 174 fresh cases on Thursday, with this total cases recorded in the district rose to 69,472.

The district has 1,000 active cases. As many as 66 patients were discharged on Thursday, taking the total number of recoveries to 68,058.

A total of 414 deaths have occured so far, including 1 on Thursday.
