18 new Covid-19 cases in DK, Udupi reports 4 new infections

Mangaluru, Feb 13, 2021:     Dakshina Kannada district recorded 18 fresh Covid-19 cases on Saturday, taking the total cases in the district to 34,169.

 

The district has 301 active cases undergoing treatment at hospitals, Covid care centres and in home isolation. As many as 51 patients were discharged in the district, taking the total number of recoveries to 33,128.

A total of 740 deaths have occurred so far.

Udupi

As many as 4 people were found infected with Covid-19 in Udupi, taking the total number of cases in the district to 23,450 as on Saturday.

As many as 12 patients were discharged in the district, while there are 53 active cases.

A total of 189 deaths have occured so far in the district.
