11 men with criminal history banished for six months by DC

Mangaluru, Mar 11, 2023: With a view to maintain law and order in the wake of upcoming Assembly elections, Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Ravi Kumar M R has issued an order  banishing 11 persons from 6 police station limits of Dakshina Kannada district for a period of six months. The order has been passed on the basis of a report from the District Superintendent of Police.

 

The  order will be effective from March 6 to September 6.

 

Those who have been banished are Nazeer Kunigal of Goltamajalu in Bantwal, Ibrahim Khaleel of Baltila, Jayaraj Rai of Badagannur in Puttur, Ibrahim of Kabaka, Hakeem Koornadka of Kemminje, Roshan of Bellare, Prasad of Savanoor,  Aboobakker Siddique alias JCB Siddique of Nekkilady, Umaid B S, Tasleem of Uppinangady and Kiran Kumar D of Shishila.
