10 years RI for man for sexual abusing daughter

Mangaluru, July 30, 2022: The POCSO Court has sentenced a 47 year old man to ten years of imprisonment for sexually assaulting his own daughter.

 

The convict is Ismail  of Bantwal. The court has also imposed a penalty of Rs 20,000 on him. He will have to undergo an additional one month simple imprisonment if he fails to pay the fine amount.
