Youth climbs atop goods train for selfie; suffers electric shock

Mangaluru, Nov 24, 2021: A youth sustained burn injuries after he suffered an electric shock during his misadventure of trying to take a selfie atop a stationed goods train at Agaramelu near Suratkal Railway Station on November 23, Tuesday evening.
The injured youth has been identified as Salman Paras (21) of Mangaluru. It is learnt he was unaware of the high voltage lines above the train.
