State level Co-operative Week celebrations on November 18

Mangaluru, Nov 15, 2022: State Level Co-operative Week will be celebrated at the Karavali Utsav grounds on November 18, Friday as part of the 69th All India Co-operative Week. State Minister for Co-operation S T Somashekhar will inaugurate the programme, informed SCDCC Bank Chairman Dr M N Rajendra Kumar.
Speaking to reporters here he said Sahakara Ratna Awards will be conferred on Konkody Padmanabha, Nithyananda Mundodi, Dambhekana Sadashiv Rai, Jayakara Shetty Indrali and Yashpal Suvarna. Best Navodaya Co-operative Award will also be conferred on this occasion.’
DK District in-charge Minister Sunil Kumar, Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Dr Bharath Shetty, U T Khader, G T Devegowda and Mayor Jayananda Anchan will participate as chief guests.
A vehicle rally featuring as many as 20 tableaux will be organised prior to the formal function.
