Mangaluru, Sep 27, 2022: The verdict with regard to the Malali Mosque row has been reserved for October 17 by the court.
The Court had earlier said the verdict would be pronounced on September 27, but during today’s hearing has reserved the verdict for October 17.
Dhananjaya and five others had moved the court during the renovation of the mosque and had claimed that there was a Hindu temple like structure and demanded probe.
But the advocate for the mosque had argued that the case comes under the purview of the Wakf related court as the mosque is a property of the Wakf Board. He had also sought dismissal of the petition.
