Udupi, Aug 07, 2023: Kota police who raided a gambling den at Molahalli village have arrested 24 men for involving in gambling and seized cash, vehicles and other goods valued at Rs 9,77,260.

 

Arrested


Those arrested are Sandesh, Raju Mogera, Gopala, Ganesh, Mithun, Sudharma, Kamalaksha Sudhakar, Abdul Muneer, Salman, Basavaraja, Vishnu K V, Dinesh, K Vinayaka Sandeepa, Krishna, Sudhakar, Nagaraj, Subrahmanya, Sridhar, E Antony Mascharenhas, Shrithiraj, Raghu, and Hussain.

Acting on a tip off the police team had raided the Vinayaka Hall near Guddeyangady and arrested the accused. The seized goods include a cash of Rs 1,49,680, two motorbikes, two scooters, 3 cars and other furniture.
