Mangaluru, Jan 22, 2022: Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Dr K V Rajendra has instructed the booth level officers to make a door-to-door visit in their respective area in order to trace those who have not received their Covid vaccines and ensure they are vaccinated.
He was presiding over a virtual meeting held with officials at his office on January 21, Friday with a view to speed up the vaccination drive. During the visit the officials should also initiate the process of including those who have completed 18 years of age in the voters list and also to secure information about anyone who has not been vaccinated and then inform the concerned officers so that they could be vaccinated.
He also directed the officials to hold vaccine melas every Tuesday and Saturday.
ZP CEO Dr Kumar, Assistant Commissioner Madan Mohan and other health officials were present.
