Congress Manifesto Committee to visit DK on Jan 21, 22

Mangaluru, Jan 20, 2023: The KPCC Election Manifesto Committee President Dr G Parameshwar led  team will be visiting Dakshina Kannada district on January 21 and 22  with regard to the  preparation of manifesto, informed  party leader Ivan D’Souza.

 

Speaking to reporters on January 21, Friday, he said the  committee will meet public, leaders of various sectors and voters at Circuit House on January 21 at 10.30 am and will gather their opinion. The team will also visit various parts of the district in its efforts to gather public opinion.

The team will have former MLA Madhu Bangarappa, Prof. K E Radhakrishna and others. Any valuable suggestion from the public is welcome, Ivan said.

The Congress will have a separate manifesto for the coastal district aimed at finding a solution to the several pressing issues of the region, he informed.

 KPCC President D K Shivakumar, Opposition leader Siddaramaiah and other party leaders will arrive on January 22 to take part in Praja Dhwani Yatra, he informed.

Party leaders Naveen D’Souza, Kavita Sanil, Shahul Hameed and others were present at the press meet.
