Cattle smuggling thwarted by Hindu activists at Shirva

Kaup, Jan 12, 2022: Hindu Jagarana Vedike activists on January 12, Wednesday were successful in preventing  a cattle smuggling case at Shirva. As many as  16 cows which were crammed in a pick-up truck have been rescued. Meanwhile the inhuman way  in which the animals were crammed in the vehicles has led to the death of two cows while four are injured.

 

Incidentally in this case, a decorated car resembling a vehicle carrying a marriage party was escorting the pick-up vehicle just to throw dust at the eyes of the vigilant police personnel.

However, the accused in the car and the pick-up truck have managed to escape. Shirva police have registered a case.
