16-year-old girl allegedly commits suicide in Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Feb 5, 2023: 16-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her house in Kudroli in the city on Sunday, February 5.
The girl has been identified as Khatija Reena, daughter of Riyaz. She killed herself on Sunday morning around 8.30 am.
Khatija was found hanging in her room. Her death has triggered suspicion that the young girl might have committed suicide. The exact reason behind taking her own life has not been ascertained yet.
A case in this regard has been registered at the Bunder Police Station and further investigations are underway.
