Indian student unfurls Karnataka flag during graduation ceremony in London, Watch

London, Jan 24, 2023: Adhish R Wali graduated from City University of London and on his graduation day, he made sure to pay a small tribute to his home state, Karnataka. So, when he was up on the stage to receive his graduation certificate, he unfurled the flag of Karnataka.
Adhish took to Twitter to share a video from the graduation day ceremony. He announced that he has graduated with MS in Management and it was such a proud moment for him to unfurl his state flag at the ceremony.

“I graduated with MS in Management from City University of London - Bayes Business School (Cass). A moment of pride as I unfurled our Karnataka state flag during the ceremony in London, UK,” he wrote.
Adhish shared the video on January 21 and it has over 1 lakh views. People took to the comments section to congratulate him. “Karnataka is and always will be the daughter of India no matter what. The very first line of our state song says, ’Jaya Bharatha Jananiya thanu jaathe, Jaya he Karnataka maathe’. You need not question our loyalty towards India,” a user wrote.
“Your love towards our Kannada land is impeccable. Congrats on your milestone. I hope everyone who is settled outside will follow your steps,” another user wrote.
