New Delhi, MAy 11, 2025: The Indian Army announced on Sunday that precision strikes under “Operation Sindoor” in Pakistan have neutralized over 100 terrorists, including high-value targets linked to major attacks in India.

Addressing the media, DGMO Lt. Gen. Rajiv Ghai stated that the strikes targeted nine terror hubs and eliminated key figures such as Yusuf Azhar, Abdul Malik Rauf, and Mudasir Ahmed, who were involved in the IC814 hijack and the 2019 Pulwama attack. “The operation was a decisive response to the Pahalgam terror attack and other atrocities against armed forces and civilians,” Ghai said.

The Indian Air Force played a crucial role in engaging the terror camps, while the Navy provided precision munitions for the mission. The strikes reportedly dismantled terror infrastructure and left several camps deserted, with militants fleeing in fear of further retaliation.

Ghai also criticized Pakistan’s retaliatory strikes along the Line of Control, which targeted civilian areas and religious sites, leading to tragic loss of life. He reaffirmed India’s unwavering resolve against terrorism, describing the operation as a strong statement of national determination.

This operation underscores India’s commitment to combating terrorism and ensuring national security.
