India reports 14,545 new Covid-19 cases; 163 deaths in last 24 hours

New Delhi, Jan 22, 2021:     India on Friday reported 14,545 new Covid-19 cases taking the country’s tally of total coronavirus cases to 1,06,25,428, as per the Union Health Ministry.

 

The death toll as of Friday stands at 1,53,032 with 163 deaths reported in last the 24 hours.

With 18,002 discharges in the last 24 hours, the tally of recovered coronavirus cases stands at 1,02,83,708.

The counrty currently has 1,88,688 active cases.

A total of 10,43,534 people have been vaccinated against the virus so far.
