Encounter between Maoists, commandoes on in Telangana

Hyderabad, Dec 29, 2014:  An encounter between Maoists and Greyhound commandos is underway in Telangana’s Khamman district on Monday.

 

The encounter took place when around 40 Maoists went into the area to blow up a mobile tower and came across the Greyhound commandos who were patrolling, as per news reports.

Three weapons have been recovered by the commandos from the site.
