23-year-old Kanya Sesser was abandoned on the steps of a Buddhist temple in Thailand when she was just one week old. She was then in an orphanage until age 5, after which she was adopted by a couple. But her difficult beginnings did not stop her and today she is a successful lingerie model who earns $1,000-a-day!

 

Not only is she a hugely sought after lingerie model but Sesser is also an athlete and is training for the upcoming Paralympics in South Korea. This feisty woman has only worked upon her disability instead of letting it weaken her and has gone on to win assignments with leading brands like Nike, Volcom, Billabong and Rip Curl Girl.

“I’m different and that is sexy. I don’t need legs to feel sexy. I like expressing myself in a different way than people usually see. This is just who I am.” said Kanya in her interview with Daily Mail. Skiing, skateboarding and surfing have also interested this model who was born without her legs. In fact, even as a child, she  never used a wheelchair and opted instead for a skateboard or walked on her hands.
