Terming the Indo-Canadian actor’s website as one inducing lust in young minds, the complainant Hindu Janjagruti Samiti (HJS) has demanded her deportation.

The complaint was submitted on Thursday at Dombivali police station by Anjali Palan, a member of HJS who claimed that while surfing the Internet, she came across several posts and pictures of the actor which according to her were “objectionable.”

According to a police release on Friday, the offence was registered on Thursday night against the 34-year-old actor under the IPC sections 292, 292 A, 294 r/w 34 and provisions of Section 3 and 4 of Indian Representation of Women as well as Information Technology Act have also been slapped. HJS brought up Ms. Leone’s past where she worked in pornographic films and alleged that she was spreading pornography through her “nude photographs and videos” on her website. The cyber cell of the Thane Police is probing the matter.

According to a complaint at Ramnagar police station in Dombivali in Thane district, the actress’s porn videos are easily available on her official website and are disastrous for the Indian society.

Anjali Palan, a 30-year-old social activist who had lodged the complaint against Sunny, had found several obscene posts and pictures of the actress while surfing the Internet, police said.

"Such posts poison the minds of people and especially children," she said in her complaint.

The police have registered an FIR against Sunny under Sections 292, 292 (A), 294 and 34 of the IPC and under 6, 7 and 67 (A) of the Information Technology Act.
