Baahubali 2’s fantabulous record-breaking run continues, grosses Rs 1500 crore

Mumbai, Friday, May 19, 2017 (PTI): The Conclusion, which recently became the first Indian move to earn Rs 1000 crore worldwide has achieved another milestone. In just three weeks since its release, it has gone on to earn Rs 1500 crore in worldwide box office collections.

The earnings have accrued from all four languages including Karan Johar’s dubbed Hindi version.

According to Ramesh Bala, a movie industry tracker, the total earnings of the movie up to Wednesday are Rs 1475 crore.

The film collected Rs 975 crore in India and Rs 275 crore overseas. In the opening week, the film earned Rs 534 crore which included Rs 247 crore in Hindi while the Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam versions earned Rs 287 crore.

The movie which stars Prabhas, Anoushka Shetty, Tamannah and Rana Dagubatti has been creating waves ever since it released on April 28, 2017.

The Conclusion has become the first movie to reach such a humongous figure even after being dubbed in multiple languages. This Telugu magnum opus is just not only doing wonders in South, but across India and in overseas locations too.

ovie like Meri Pyaari Bindu, Sarkar 3, Hindi Medium and Half Girlfriend have released post Baahubali: The Conclusion, but couldn’t stop the dream run of this magnum opus. This phenomenal response shows the craze that surrounds this Prabhas starrer.
