Priya Varrier and Arbaaz Khan Shoot for ‘Sridevi Bungalow’

July 16, 2019: The viral ‘wink’ heroine from Malayalam cinema - Priya Prakash Varrier was spotted in Mumbai along with Arbaaz Khan shooting for the controversial film Sridevi Bungalow. This will be Priya’s Bollywood debut and the film is already facing controversy owing to its title.

In the film Sridevi Bungalow, Priya reportedly plays a lonely actor and the film’s teaser shows her death in a bathtub, which is similar to the way in which the popular actor Sridevi passed away last year due to accidental drowning in a bathtub in her hotel room in Dubai.

 

A few months back, the late actor Sridevi’s husband, Boney Kapoor, had sent the makers of Sridevi Bungalow a legal notice. However, the director of the film, Prasanth Mambully, said that Sridevi is a common Indian name and that his film’s character also happens to be an actress.

For now it looks like the makers of Sridevi Bungalow have got past their legal hurdles and are back in action working on the film. Take a look at the photos from the sets of the film below:
