Naked protestors crash Trump polling station

Nov 09, 2016: Two women wanted to get their opposition to Donald Trump off their chests.

So they chose to do it topless.

New York Police detained Tiffany Robson of Seattle and Neda Topaloski of Montreal early Tuesday after they crashed P.S. 59, the midtown Manhattan school that was also the polling place where Donald Trump voted later in the day.

Robson’s chest had the phrase “Hate out of my polls,” while Topaloski’s had “Trump grab your balls,” WPIX TV reported.

Both women had “FEMEN USA” written on their backs.

Femen is an international organization of women who, according to the group’s website, defend sexual and social equality and “undermine the foundations of the patriarchal world by their intellect, sex, agility, make disorder, bring neurosis and panic to the men’s world” (sic).

Robson, 28, and Topaloski, 30, walked around voters at the polling place, located in the school’s gym, while shouting “Grab your balls! Out of our polls!” according to the New York Daily News.

Those words appear to be an oblique reference to the now-infamous “Access Hollywood” recording of Trump boasting to Bill Bush that his celebrity status allows him to grab women “by the pussy” whenever he pleases.

Trump was not on site at the time of the protest, but Femen leader Inna Shevchenko told the Daily News that the protest was meant to “make a statement against Trump’s politics of discrimination and oppression of women and minorities.”

The women were arrested not for being topless, which is legal in New York City, but for electioneering within 100 feet of a polling station, the New York Post reported.

Editor’s note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims — 1.6 billion members of an entire religion — from entering the U.S.
