Feb 2, 2019 - A single mum who claims Conor McGregor fathered her daughter wants the fighter to take a DNA test.

Terri Murray, 26, says one-year-old Clodagh was born nine months after she allegedly slept with the MMA star, who is thought to be worth £75million.

 

 

 

 

She said: “I don’t want his money. I just want to prove he is Clodagh’s dad and I’m not lying.”

But the former two-weight UFC world champion, nicknamed “Notorious”, has denied he is the father and claims that she slept with one of his pals.

And it is understood McGregor is willing to take the DNA test to prove it.

Terri and McGregor, 30, met when he travelled to Liverpool for the 2017 Grand National.

She says they had sex that night, four weeks before his long-term girlfriend Dee Devlin, 31, gave birth to their first child, Conor McGregor Jnr.

In photos of McGregor and Terri, allegedly taken in the bathroom of his hotel suite, his hand appears to be sliding under her black leather mini-skirt.

Terri has also shown us social media messages in which he appears to deny he is Clodagh’s dad and suggests she romped with one of his friends.

Last May, Terri filled in an “initial enquiry form” for child maintenance, naming McGregor as the “respondent”.

In July she got two more forms to fill in but has yet to do so. Terri says she decided to tell her story as she felt she had nowhere else to turn.

She said: “I’m still thinking I shouldn’t do this, it is wrong, It has got to the point, I’m living with my mum, on my own, with no job, with a baby, I’m struggling, it is harder than I thought it was.

“I really didn’t want to do this, I wish we could have sorted it out privately. I don’t know why he let it come to this.”

McGregor arrived at Aintree by private jet and made a memorable entrance, wearing an open shirt exposing his tattoos.

He later made a guest turn at a city nightspot – where Terri and a pal arrived at 1.30am on April 9.

“And he put his arm round with me and walked me into the (bed) room.

"In the room was an ensuite bathroom and he’s gone ‘Baby, I’ll give you a home movie never mind a picture’.

"I was laughing and looking in the mirror and he has got his arm around me and I’ve gone to take a photo.

"Then I’ve thought, well, Conor McGregor! I know it is bad, he has got a girlfriend, but I wasn’t thinking about that. I just started kissing him back.

“I remember saying, ‘Have you got a girlfriend?’ and he said he had been on and off with this girl for years.

"We slept together. To be honest there was no sleep, we were not sleeping, do you know what I mean?”

Terri, single at the time, said neither of them used contraception and claimed he later said: “Imagine if you were pregnant to me, you would be set for life. You would have the golden ticket.”

She added: “I told him I wasn’t on nothing [contraception] and he was like ‘Ah f*** it, babe’.”

Terri said he invited her to another club but she went home.

She said he contacted her again two days later and they had sex a second time in the Hilton.

By this time, she knew Dee was pregnant.

But she said: “It was none of my business. That’s his business. No one can put that on me. I don’t agree with it, I’m sorry for doing it.”

Crying, she added: “I feel sorry for the poor girl, I feel embarrassed and ashamed but things happen and it’s not my fault.”

Later in the week, McGregor flew home to Ireland. The next month, Terri found she was expecting.

She said: “I messaged Conor. I told him I’m pregnant.”

Terri says he never replied but in the following months she had conversations with his friends about her situation.

Clodagh Julie Murray was born on January 9 last year. Her father is not named on the birth certificate.

Terri, who was a claims underwriter for a legal firm but is now a full-time mum, explained: “I didn’t put his name on because my mum was saying, ‘He will have rights, he has more money than us, if he wants to come over and take her you will never see her again’.”

Before and after Clodagh’s birth, there were internet reports linking Terri and McGregor.

Screenshots have appeared of alleged Instagram exchanges between them and Terri has posted images, including a redacted copy of her maintenance enquiry response.

A Google search of their names gives a number of articles and images – including what appears to be a snap of Terri and McGregor, allegedly in the Mansion club.

McGregor has been with Dee since 2008 and they welcomed their second child, believed to be a daughter, to their County Kildare home last month.

Terri stressed she is not after money for herself but conceded: “Who doesn’t want security for their child?

"I want my kid to have the best life and I know his money can help with that.”

But she added: "If he gets that DNA test, I’ve said ‘You never have to speak to me again, you can walk away’.
