Sincere officer

Mangalore Today News Network

Mangalore, June 21, 2012: Sincerity is a golden virtue that is glaringly missing in the bureaucratic set up   these times. Still, as a glimmer of hope we often come across some sincere and dedicated officials who kindle hopes of bringing about the much needed reforms in the system. Mangalore’s Regional Transport Officer C Mallikarjun can certainly be termed as a sincere and efficient officer who has made a mark during his tenure in Mangalore for the past one year.
