MU intercollegiate cultural competitions

Mangaluru, Aug 06, 2018: Mangalore University’s Student Welfare Directorate has organised a university-level intercollegiate cultural competition for students of affiliated colleges on August 24, to be held at Kundapur.

Barkur Udaya, director told media that literary competitions will be held at B.B. Hegde College, Kundapur, on August 24; fine arts competitions at Dr. P. Dayananda Pai and Satish Pai Government First Grade College, Car Street, Mangaluru, on August 13; music competitions at Besant College, Mangaluru on August 16 and 17; theatre competitions at Poorna Prajna College, Udupi on August 30 and 31, and dance competitions would be conducted at Philomena College, Puttur, on August 20 and 21. Stating that the competitions are an opportunity to showcase students’ talents, Mr. Udaya urged heads of all colleges in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Kodagu districts to encourage their students to participate.
