MU erases lesson from degree textbook.

Mangaluru, July 11, 2018: Mangalore University has withdrawn a lesson titled ‘Maguvina thande’ in the Kannada language textbook, ‘Nudi Noopura’, prescribed for third semester B.Com students for 2018-19.

 

The lesson was based on a story by late Mattaru Vitala Hegde, B.S. Nagendra Prakash, Registrar (administration) of the university, said in a release here on July 10, Tuesday. He did not mention the reason for the withdrawal of the lesson.
