Uroos of Hazrath Kuthbuzaman Sayed Mohammed Shariful Madani at Ullal from April 1

Mangalore, March 27: “The Uroos of Hazrath Kuthbuzaman Sayed Mohammed Shariful Madani will be celebrated from April 1 to April 25, at Ullal Jumma Masjid.

Haji U K Monu, president of the Kanachuru Darga Samithi, at Patrika Bhavan, in a press release said here on March 27 that, Hazrath Kuthbuzaman Sayed Mohammed Shariful Madani of Madina in Saudi Arabia who settled in Ullal in Dakshina Kannada in 1592 and was instrumental in contributing to make South India a spiritual place.

On the eve of Uroos, an all religions conference will be conducted on April 5 at 7.00pm Mr. D.R. Hans Raj Bharadwaj will inaugurate the conference. The chief guests would be Shri Shri Rajayogi Sadguru Ramananda Swamiji, Rev. Fr. Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangalore, Mr. Abhaychandra Jain, and Mr. U.T. Khader, MLA.

Mr, G. Janardhana Reddy, State Tourism Minister, Health Minister Sriramulu and Janab Khusro Khureshi will take part in a mass marriage on April 11
