7 mobile care vehicles to be launched on March 27

arogya kavachaMangalore, March 26:  Dakshina Kannada has obtained 7 vehicles under the “Arogya Kavacha 108 Scheme” to provide emergency medical services for the general public. 

These mobile medical care vehicles will be launched by Krishna J Palemar, the district-in-charge minister, at the DC’s office on March 27 at 10:30 a.m., said Dr. Jagannath, the health and family welfare officer. 

V Ponnuraj, the deputy commissioner of the district, and P Shivashanker, the CEO, are also expected to participate in the event. 

Later on the same day, Palemar will launch the KSRTC Volvo bus service between Mangalore and Manipal at the State Bank bus terminal.
