’MPH’, Master of Public Health Admissions start

Apr 04, 2018: Nitte deemed to be University, a unit of Nitte Educational Trust has launched the admission process for Master of Public Health (MPH) has begun in the public health department.

Public health is the science and art of preventing diseases, prolonging life and promoting human health through organised community efforts. Analysing the health of a population and the threats is the basis for public health. There is a shortage of public health professionals in India when compared to the demand-side of the system. As there is a need for a dedicated team of professionals to work in these fields, a huge demand has risen to produce a new arena of public health professionals in India to cope with the shortage.


Any Graduate in health sciences - MBBS / BDS / BV Sc/ BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/ BPT / BSc (N) / PB BSc (N)/ B Pharm and BPH (3 years), Paramedical sciences (BSc MIT, BSc A&OTT, BSc MLT etc), can apply.
