Students allegedly assaulted by hostel wardens in Moodbidri

Moodbidri , Mar 19, 2018:  It has been reliably learnt that a few PU students of Alva’s College were  assaulted by the wardens of the hostel reportedly over an argument over the hostel food.

It is said that a few students complained  about the  hostel food resulting in a tiff following which a warden Rajesh  reportedly  with the help of some other wardens prepared a list of 20 students. Sources said all these students were summoned and eventually hit by the wardens with sticks.

The incident occurred on March 17, Saturday after the II PUC exams were over.
