Buses with high decibel horns detained by police

Mangaluru, March 11, 2018: The buses fitted with high decibel vacuum horns were detained  by the city traffic police on March 10,  Saturday, service and KSRTC buses at RTO here and fined.

Because of rising public grievance, the traffic police led the activity at two places in the city - near RTO and PVS. The police halted the buses which were utilizing high decibel horns and slapped penalty on them.

The operation was lead by west ACP Manjunath Shetty, inspector Amanulla and other police officers.
