Udupi: An impulsive bike ride by Udupi district incharge minister Pramod Madhwaraj without wearing helmet has attracted criticism on social media. The minister spent a few minutes riding on a bike when he arrived at Karje to participate in an event.

The minister moved on the bike without helmet for a few minutes in the presence of the police and the video of the same has gone viral on whatsapp attracting criticism in the social media
