Mescom online payment services disruption till July 24

Mangalore, July 21,2017:  Mangalore Electricity Supply Company (Mescom) Ltd is carrying out urgent data backup activities of its Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Programme (R-APDRP) application from 6am on July 21 to 9am on July 24. During this time, online payment of bills and online new connection services, will not be available to consumers. Likewise, consumers will also not be able to pay their bills online at http://www.mescom.org.in, using PayTm or Karnataka Mobile One app either.


This maintenance activity will also affect online services rolled out to Attavar, Nehru Maidan (Kulshekar), Mannagudda, Kavoor, Surathkal, Baikampady, Puttur town, Bantwal - one and two, Udupi, Manipal, Shivamogga city sub-division - one; city sub-divisions two and three; Bhadravathi town sub-division, Shikaripura, Kadur, Tarikere, Chikkamagaluru sub-divisions as well. Customers may make use of offline payment modes such as cash counters, ATPs, Mangalore One, Shivamogga One, Karnataka One, post offices and ECS to make their payment during the days, July 21 to 24.
