Science camp by NITK, English Medium School Alumni Association

Mangaluru, July 26, 2016: Inaugurating a science camp for high school teachers, organised by NITK, National Institute of Technology Karnataka, English Medium School Alumni Association, Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education and Pilikula Regional Science Centre and Department of Public Instructions, at Pilikula Regional Science Centre here, he said students from across the district have been excelling in Junior Science Olympiad.

Parents must encourage children to take part in Science Olympiad, co-ordination officer of Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education Dr P K Joshi said.
Dr P K Joshi, Pradip Dasgupta and Sujatha of Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai, were the resourcepersons.

Pilikula Regional Science Centre Director Dr K V Rao, Department of Public Instructions Science Inspector Purushottam, NITK English Medium School Alumni Association President Christopher Misquith and NITK English Medium School Principal Surekha Bhat were also present.
