Mangalore March 4: One day seminar on Industrial relations in the downtrend conducted at St Aloysius college by the MSW HR forum on March 3.

 

After inaugurating the function J  K Rao trustee of Vikas group of education said that conflicts and crisis at home, society, family and even in the organizations due to  lack of patriotism and communication. Damaging of public property during agitation is very sad thing and should be prevented he said.

The seminar included various sessions like techniques to overcome industrial crisis by K Nikesh shetty, advocate, and role of HR personnel as a communicator by Nithin Kumar, assistant lead HR, Infosys, innovative methods and practices in industrial relations by Abdul Saleem, manager HR and administration, Canara Springs.

Fr Swebert D’Silva, principal presided over the function. Ms Loveena Lobo, head of MSW department welcomed the gathering. Anil Kumar proposed the vote of thanks. Fr Francis Almeida dean of MSW department was present.
