Manipal medics sports fest, “MIST 2016”, from Apr 25

Manipalu, April 24, 2016: A media release issued by Manipal University says, the Manipal Inter-medic Sports Tournament, KMC Manipal’s annual sports fest “MIST 2016” for medical colleges in South India, will be held here from April 25 to 30.

Competitions will be held in games like basketball, football, volleyball, squash, cricket, hockey, tennis, badminton, table tennis, athletics, chess, throwball and swimming, which is making its debut this year.

At least 17 medical colleges from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh have confirmed their participation.  To make the competitions more interesting, few dental colleges have also been invited this year for the first time.
