Endosulfan victims compensated

Belthangady, Mar 1: Endosulfan victims are finally going to receive their long-awaited compensation. The chief minister of Karnataka distributed cheques to 231 endosulfan victims of Karnataka Cashew Development Limited on Sunday. 

A family will get a compensation of only Rs 50,000 although the family has more than one victim. 

Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr. D Veerendra Heggade will also provide part of the compensation.
