Puttur, Sep 16, 2014: Vivekananda College, Puttur has emerged winner at the ‘Bequest – Rasayana’, the two-day inter-collegiate talent competition held at Besant Women’s college. Govinda Dasa First Grade College, Surathkal bagged the second place.
