‘Pookalam’ contest

Mangalore, Aug 31, 2014: The Onam feast, as a part of this year’s Onam celebration at Srinivas College of Hotel Management will be organised on September 4 at Hotel Srinivas,  to add colour to the celebration, ‘Pookalam-2014,’ an inter-collegiate flower carpet competition will be held on September 1 at the Pandeshwara campus of the college at 10 am. More than 40 teams from colleges in and around Mangalore will be participating in the competition, according to a press release.
