Extension of Police Custody for Serial Killer

Dr A S Rao informed press people that the police custody for serial killer Mohan Kumar alias Anand would be extended for 6 days, till Nov 2.

Mohan was produced at the Bantwal Judicial Magistrate First Class Court today, and the judge ordered that his police custody be extended for 6 more days.

Kumar stands accused of killing 19 women by administering cyanide to them after first luring them with promises of marriage without dowry. He would then force them into a physical relationship with him, rob them of their gold ornaments, and murder them by giving them cyanide and telling them that it was a contraceptive.
