Mangalore, Jan 13: The people of Mangalore can witness a solar eclipse on Jan 15, Friday. The eclipse will be visible in the form of a ring. Those interested can keep an eye on the sky from 11:07 a.m. to 3:06 p.m. 

Amateur Astronomers Association, Mangalore, will study the eclipse from the campus of St Agnes College, Mangalore.
